Service Agreement
Acceptance of Hair from Other Companies:
Everything Girlz Love (EGL) acknowledges that customers may choose to provide their hair from other companies for wig customization services. EGL reserves the right to accept this hair with the condition that it meets the criteria of quality hair. EGL is not responsible for hair sent in by customers that does not meet the quality standards specified by EGL.
Customer's Responsibility for Tracking and Insurance:
Customers are responsible for responding to their order confirmation with the tracking number to fulfillment@everythinggirlzlove.com. It is also the customer's responsibility to provide insurance for their shipment to EGL. Should a customer choose not to provide insurance, Everything Girlz Love shall not be held liable for lost or damaged packages during transit to the provided address.
Acknowledgment of Processing Times:
Customers acknowledge the following processing times for EGL's services:
- Wash + Style: 7 business days
- Lace Replacement + Style: 14 business days
- Color + Style: 14 business days
Return Shipping:
Upon completion of the processing time, EGL will ship the wig back to the shipping address provided on the order. Return shipping includes tracking and insurance.
Variation in Service Outcomes:
Customers understand and acknowledge that the colors, curls, cuts, and lace techniques performed by EGL's licensed cosmetology professionals may vary slightly from the customer's desired look. EGL will make every effort to provide services that closely resemble the customer's preferences.
