There is a 5-day return/exchange policy for all purchases from this website as long as the items are in as-new, unworn and unaltered condition in original packaging, with the lace uncut within 5 days. The 5-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier, and includes weekends. Everything Girlz Love uses a tracking system for all items shipped.
Wigs must be shipped back to Everything Girlz Love within 5 days of receipt in the the original packaging, with tags attached, to qualify for return/exchange.
- Custom/Special Orders
Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. All custom sizing alterations outside of Everything Girlz Love standard sizing, request to cut the lace, custom colors that are not already listed on our site and other custom cap adjustments, are considered "custom orders", and may not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- Order Change & Cancellation Policy:
- You have 24 hours to freely change or cancel your order.
- Custom orders can be changed or canceled within 48 hours of placing the order.
- A 10% handling fee applies beyond the specified time.
- Please note that shipped orders cannot be changed.
- Exchange Policy:
- Email Info@everythinggirlzlove.com within 5 days after receiving your package to make a request for an exchange. Emails received after 5 days will not be taken into consideration.
- Please email us with photos for our reference. We will reply with return instructions after confirming it is in alignment with our policies.
- We offer exchange without a restocking fee for items that have not been worn or tampered with.
- To exchange items, please return the original order and after we receive the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item.
- For any price difference between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

- Include your order number, reason for the return, relevant pictures, and item(s) being returned.
- Return instructions will be provided via email after confirming it’s in alignment with our policies.
- Any packages sent without our consent will not be accepted.
- There will not be any restocking fee charged.
- Shipping costs are covered for returns due to our error; otherwise, customers are responsible.
- Ship items back unopened, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
Any odor on your wig will render it ineligible for return or exchange. Everything Girlz Love shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable. Please allow 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to be processed from the time it is received by Everything Girlz Love.
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

- Please be kindly noted that if you return the product without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy.
- Every customer can enjoy a one-time free repairing service within three months after-sale (except the damage caused by improper use ).
- Repair services after 3 months will be charged a fee that depends on what kind of repair needs to be done.
- Please email email@example.com with pictures before you return it. We have to make sure whether it can be repaired.
- We will initially determine the cause based on the photos, specific reasons and repair methods will be given after the wig is received and checked by professional staff.
- The repair costs and re-shipping fee will be on the customers if the damage is the result of inappropriate use.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
