Our Everything Girlz Love family and customers are incredibly important to us and we are working tirelessly to make sure that our business continues to run as efficiently during these unprecedented times. As we are all currently experiencing the backlash from COVID-19 amidst the global pandemic, we are taking extra precautions and modifying certain policies and procedures in order to keep our clients and ourselves healthy and as safe as possible. Price Changes:

Due to the severe impact of COVID-19 on the hair industry, we have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily stop the sale of Lace Frontals and Lace Closures. The product pricing you see currently is NOT typical pricing for Everything Girlz Love. Regular Pricing will return as the pandemic eases and things return to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Shipping Delays:

Unfortunately, delayed shipments are almost 100% of the time due to an issue with the selected shipping carrier. We have recently upgraded our shipping carrier from USPS to UPS (for our domestic orders), which should address the majority of this issue. However, we are unfortunately currently in the midst of a global pandemic. Once we ship your package, it is then the job of the carrier to deliver it to you in a timely manor. We urge you to please remain patient & track your package by using the tracking number we provided you at the time your order was shipped.

  • We are not exchanging items. Due to the health and safety concerns, especially in the hair & beauty industry, ALL items purchased from us are now FINAL SALE.

  • This means that no exchanges or returns on any items will be accepted, unless otherwise stated by an Everything Girlz Love team member, due to extenuating circumstances.
